The Role:

As our Traceability and Compliance Manager, you'll play a crucial

 role in ensuring that our traceability systems and compliance

 practices meet the highest standards. From overseeing traceability

 across our supply chain to managing supplier compliance and

 regulatory requirements, you'll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce traceability systems and procedures throughout the textile supply chain.

  • Monitor and assess supplier compliance with traceability requirements, conducting audits and evaluations as needed.

  • Manage the certification process for suppliers, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the traceability system, conducting regular reviews and audits.

  • Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in traceability management and compliance, preferably in the textile industry.

  • Knowledge of textile industry regulations and standards, such as GRS and RCS.

  • Fluency in English is required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Strong understanding of traceability principles including batch tracking and fiber identification.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional travel may be required to supplier locations or manufacturing facilities.

  • Flexibility to work to accommodate audit schedules or urgent compliance issues.
