Fireworks is one of the leading digital providers in China combining e-commerce (TP) practice, digital marketing and technology. We work with some of the world's best brands to position and develop their presence and market in China on digital channels.
We have being growing steadily since our foundation in 2013, and we are looking for an experienced director to lead our digital marketing BU (10-12px).
Who we search
We are looking for a confident account management expert who can carry out the following key responsibilities:
The candidate is a confident, experienced account manager who is able to liaise with clients and vendors to meet requirements and carry out digital projects. Tasks will include managing a P&L, planning and managing projects, tracking KPI targets, report results and grow the business providing strategic recommendations internally and externally.
The candidate has convincing experience managing people and projects, and will lead a team of 10-12 account managers and marketing specialists. Leadership skills will be required to develop a team and follow an ever-growing number of projects.
While planning and executing marketing activities for international brands on all digital channels, the director will liaise with e-commerce and tech BU heads for cross-function activities like omnicommerce and CRM, and help develop innovative projects and lines of business.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 6-7 years in account management, preferably digital;
- Is an excellent communicator in Mandarin Chinese and English;
- Has interest or a proven record in the lifestyle, fashion or premium sectors.
