Coordination with BUs and big amounts of W/Ss,

Expectation of high business growth,

Contract negotiation


Key dimensions: (headcount, volumes, market share, NNS and EBITDA) 关键衡量标准 (总人数,产量,市场份额,净销售额,息税折旧摊销前利润)

Volume/MACO/MS%/Contract/Strategic Business Planning & Execution/Category Management/ Customer Relationship

BUKA Team,

HQ and BU TM, Logistics, Finance, RTM


National Key Account HQ level/BU level, buying team, CATMAN team, Finance, Logistics, Marketing





  1. Accountabilities 职责

Develop business of responsible customers

Coordinate with BUs and multi functions within company

Coordinate with KA W/Ss

Work with customer functional team and maintain customer relationships

Control and manage contract negotiation and commercial spending

Deliver volume growth target within budget


4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育

University and above


Experience 经验

+3 years modern trade business experience


Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力 (与工作相关)

Analysis & planning skill / negotiation skill / Internal & external communication skill / work under pressure / drive for result

Computer skills:  very good Win Office skill

Core Competencies:  ownership / strategic thinking

Other qualifications:   good English communication skill
