We are currently searching for an ambitious experienced Sales and Business Development professional to support and join our growing team in our office in Shanghai. You will be directly responsible for growing the business by bringing in new clients & projects and contribute to the growth of the business development department.


As Senior Associate / Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
  • Research, plan, and implement new (cold) outreach and target market initiatives
  • Developing and maintain a network of prospects to build a strong and consistent pipeline for conversion into sales
  • Developing, expanding and building a feeder network and effective relationships to improve opportunities for cross-referrals Cooperate closely with the Corporate Services and marketing department on BD/growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Attend industry conferences, and relevant events domestically and internationally
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system
  • Meet monthly and yearly revenue targets


If you identify yourself having the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent sales / marketing experience
    Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with an existing and validated network within the financial / professional services industry (such as law firms, consultancy firms, professional services firms providing global expansion solutions, etc.)
    Exceptional communication skills - able to understand the client's need and able to adapt the sale and present a solution to meet the needs
  • Self-motivated and result-orientated with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    Strong interest in the financial services and consultancy industry
    Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager
