  • Customer development and maintenance: seeking and searching for business information, developing high-quality clients, maintaining good relationship with existing clients and becoming strategic partners

  • Recruitment consulting service: responsible for the recruitment projects entrusted by clients, focusing on the search for high-end candidates, and responsible for a series of recruitment matters such as candidate interview, salary negotiation, offer payment, induction and probation follow-up

  • Candidate management: accumulate rich industry candidate resources, maintain good relationship with candidates, become career mentors of candidates, and provide long-term career planning for candidates

  • Talent market research: pay close attention to the talent market information, map talents and industry oriented mapping, timely capture business opportunities, and actively sell to customers and candidates



  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Native Chinese level with fluent English, overseas study or working experience is preferred

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in international headhunting companies

  • Familiar with foreign recruitment business or foreign enterprise recruitment process

  • Strong business sensitivity and sales characteristics, rich client development team management experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, clear thinking and attention to details

  • Strong self driving force, result oriented, high sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance

  • Familiar with the recruitment market, with a certain amount of client accumulation and successful BD project experience
