01 — Account Manager
Location: Shanghai or Hangzhou Experience: 5+ years Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a strong Account Manager to support ongoing brand strategy, communications, and creative projects for a leading automotive brand. This role requires excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage complex, fast-moving workflows across strategy, creative, and production.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-standard, high-speed agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and project coordination
- Lead timelines, schedules, deliverables, and approval processes
- Coordinate internal strategy, creative, design, and external production teams
- Support quarterly and annual brand communication initiatives
- Ensure project delivery quality, accuracy, and timing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brand, campaign, and event workstreams
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, timelines, and presentation materials
- Support major brand events, launches, and communication campaigns
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth collaboration
- Monitor project risks and proactively solve operational issues
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or integrated marketing
- Experience in branding, communications, advertising, or creative agencies preferred
- Automotive, mobility, technology, or premium consumer brand experience is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and execution quality
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight timelines
- Familiar with PPT/Keynote, Excel, Word, and project management workflows
- Native Chinese speaker with basic English communication ability
Preferred Qualities
- Experience supporting large-scale brand campaigns or long-term retainer clients
- Strong understanding of integrated brand communications
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy and creative teams
- Fast response speed and strong ownership mentality
- Experience managing senior stakeholder expectations

任职要求

- 有品牌咨询、广告、创意或传播公司经验优先
- 有汽车、科技、消费品或高端品牌经验优先
- 具备优秀的项目管理与多任务处理能力
- 沟通协调能力强,执行细致
- 能适应快节奏与高标准工作环境
- 熟练使用PPT、Excel、Word等办公软件
- 中文母语,具备基础英文沟通能力
