Account Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Account Management
Establish and maintain primary relationships with the major clients, appointed client accounts and
associated consultants
• Responsible for a clear and good intra-regional communication around clients and their projects
• Responsible for meeting client key deliverables and increasing market share with existing clientele
• Identify new opportunities in current clients and cross sell. Utilize reverse marketing tactics to
ensure new opportunities.
• Maximize business opportunities within each client by introducing company specialists from all
Brunel divisions/products: vendor inspection, drilling, subsea, commissioning offshore projects,
onshore projects, training, etc.
• Increase Brunel’s exposure in the respective client accounts industries & markets
• Promoting cooperation & teamwork
2. Increase market share and brand recognition
Establish and carrying out a proactive policy in the field of brand recognition and relation management
within the objectives of Brunel China in order to realize further expansion
• Maintaining international and local contacts with customers on a senior management and project
level
• Act as a professional expert within the expatriate community (both clients and consultants) to
optimize its full potential for BD leads
• Initiate activities to optimize the service and the relation with customers and consultants further
• Maintaining and developing existing relations and networks

3. Informing and communicating
Transmission of the strategy of Brunel, its vision, values, objectives, products and standards and
communicating changes with the aim of working united in accordance with the processes and
procedures which apply within the organization.
• Communication with local and cross-regional staff departments
• Making improvement proposals concerning processes/procedures and the output
• Identifying/solving complicated problems and/or conflicts
• Sharing best practices regarding processes and procedures
4. Recruitment
Be actively involved in the recruitment process to make sure the Brunel China team delivers what
the clients expect:
• Do permanent recruitment for strategic permanent positions, where able to support based on
own skills and networks
• Coaching Recruitment Consultants during the recruitment process for vacancies to maximize the
outcome of these activites
5. Administrative Organization
Ensure a correct implementation of the administrative and compliance processes, analysing these
processes and completing improvement proposals in order to professionalize the administrative
organization further and contribute to be able to provide a decisive organization.

• Monitoring the correct compliance of local and international laws and rules
