Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, working directly with our sales and business development teams to help expand our client base and create long-term business relationships.
As a B2B Sales Intern, you will play a key role in driving the growth of System in Motion by supporting various sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and learning about the full sales cycle in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients in target

    industries. Use various channels (email, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospect and

    generate new leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with outreach efforts, including email campaigns,

    cold calling, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM system to track

    interactions with potential clients, sales activities, and follow-ups.

  • Client Communication: Draft and send proposals, presentations, and follow-up emails to

    potential and existing clients.

  • Market Research: Help the sales team understand industry trends, customer needs, and

    competitor offerings to create more targeted sales strategies.

  • Sales Reporting: Support the team in tracking sales metrics and progress toward goals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a

    related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with

    clients professionally.

  • Interest in technology and data; a passion for understanding how these areas can drive

    business success.

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools (CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach,

    etc.) is a plus.

  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not required.
