### Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our team in Shanghai. As a Business Development and Event Planning Intern, you will support our expansion efforts in China. This is an exciting opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the payment industry, specifically cross-border remittance, while playing a crucial role in planning and executing events.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Business Development Support:** Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within China.
- **Event Planning:** Collaborate with business chambers, partners, and customers to plan and execute events that promote Wise's services and mission.
- **Market Research:** Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential growth areas.
- **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including coordinating meetings and managing event logistics.

### What You’ll Gain
