About the Job:
- Omni-channel Wholesale Management: Design and execute differentiated strategies for traditional, e-commerce, and new retail wholesale channels to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Price Architecture Governance: Develop and enforce comprehensive pricing systems—including MSRP and wholesale pricing—to ensure market order and brand profitability.
- Supply Chain & Distributor Optimization: Manage regional distributor (Tier-1) inventories using advanced digital tools to enhance visibility and reduce stock risks.
- Strategic Partner Empowerment: Build credit assessment systems and provide professional training to distributors to enhance their operational capabilities and market responsiveness.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor sales KPIs and channel turnover rates to identify pain points and implement innovative promotional or logistical solutions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of channel management experience within the FMCG or daily chemical industries.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
- Functional Mastery: Proven track record in wholesale operations, price management, or supply chain optimization projects.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/PPT) to drive decision-making and evaluate promotion effectiveness.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution abilities, a result-oriented mindset, and the capacity to lead multi-departmental initiatives.
