For our search division, we are recruiting Consultant (in-house & free-lance) in Recruitment & Executive Search, with the potential to grow the business and their career supported by Wise Wings approach:

Job Description:

• Work in Shanghai for the recruitment market and you will search, select and evaluate Chinese as well as foreign candidates.
• Decide which profiles to search, advise and follow up with the client.
• Able to do business development & sales (a plus for the recruitment consultant).
• Responsible for developing and managing the candidate dbase & client portfolio.
• Involve in growing the search division, in business, team members and expertise.
• Report to the Founder, who is a European with long & in-depth Chinese working experience.
   

Profile:

• Self-motivated and have a positive personality.
• Fluent in both Mandarin & English (additional language is a plus).
• Bachelor/Master degree (Psychology, HR, Marketing, Business, Design, English).
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment & selection and proven track record.
• Flexible; able to deal with pressure & stress, team player and result driven.
• Experience to do business development and sales.
• Will get in-house training for all provided services and support of the team/Founder.
• Have the feeling and the skills how to deal with candidates, colleagues & clients. 
• Work with passion from your heart and have inner motivation to create the best for everyone.
