You will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the entire marketing and admission team, guiding the institution's efforts across brand development, public relations and admissions.
About the job
- Lead and manage the team of marketing and admissions staff, providing supervision, training, and conducting comprehensive application evaluation to meet admissions targets.
- Oversee the entire admissions process, establishing and maintaining a highly efficient, quality-assured system focused on exceptional customer-centered service.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align admissions policies and strategies with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Conceptualize and execute all major events, leading the Marketing and Communications team on effective promotional content.
- Develop and implement a proactive community outreach strategy to significantly enhance the organization’s visibility and forge robust connections with key business and educational stakeholders.
- Oversee the revision and implementation of admissions policies and guidelines to guarantee full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business,education or relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, admission and event management in the education field.
- Familiar with admissions software, manage complex data, and provide accurate statistical analysis and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong and international education market and admission requirements.
- Great communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a large team.
