Position: Electrical / Commissioning Engineer (Male/Female)

Location: China, Shanghai

Candidate Profile:

Early to mid-career professionals (age 25–37) with a passion for hands-on electrical systems and global collaboration.

Adventurous problem-solvers ready to travel across China, and the world.

Your Mission:

In-House Commissioning:

Test, configure, and optimize electrical systems for slitting machines at our facility.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

On-Site Excellence:

Travel to customer sites for installation, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting.

Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.

Provide training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.

Collaboration & Innovation:

Work closely with mechanical designers and software teams to improve system integration.

Document commissioning processes and propose upgrades for future designs.

We’re Looking For:

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation tools (e.g., Siemens Scout, TIAv19,Scada Ignition).

• Experience with commissioning industrial machinery or similar equipment.

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and safety protocols.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese proficiency is a huge advantage for regional customer interaction.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills under pressure.

• Flexibility to travel frequently across China and Asia.

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of slitting machines, winding systems, or related manufacturing equipment.
