财务实习生

FINANCE INTERN

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司应收账款核对工作, 及时跟进保险公司收款情况
2. 负责公司应收账款催收工作
3. 负责公司业务数据及财务数据的核对及整理
4. 日常财务事宜：会计凭证的打印、整理、装订等
5. 协助完成其他领导提出的财务工作

Job Duties：

1. Check Accounts Receivable, track account receivable with insurance companies.
2. Responsible for Accounts Receivable collection work
3. Company's business data and financial data check and collation
4. Monthly finance voucher filing
5. Other finance related work

具体要求：
1. 具备英文读写能力，听说能力佳者优先考虑。
2. 熟练使用 office 软件，会 excel 数据透视表及相关公式的优先考虑。
3. 学习能力强，乐于接受并学习新的系统及知识，会有人带的。
4. 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神。
5. 一周至少 2 天，可持续超过 6 个月的优先，150/天。

Detailed requirements：
1. Have English reading and writing skills, good listening and speaking skills is preferred.
2. Can use office software, good excel skills is preferred.
3. Strong learning ability, willing to accept and learn new systems and knowledge, will be taught.
4. Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.
5. At least 2 days per week, can work for over 6 months is preferred, 150 RMB per day.
