Position

• Position: Financial Controller  
• Location: Shanghai

Main tasks & Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting
  • Ensure all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with PRC/Dutch GAAP
  • Oversee all accounting transactions including those related to General Ledger, inventory and costing, receivable and payable
  • Ensure all pending transactions can be timely and effectively followed up and fixed
• Reporting and analysis  
  • Make sure submit internal management reports, statutory reports and statistics reports timely and accurately
  • Provide management properly analysis per professional experience
• Auditing, Tax, and government-request-coordination
  • Ensure company apply with PRC tax policy and regulations
  • Responsible for statutory auditing and group auditing activities
  • Smoothly handle request from bank, tax bureau and other government
• Asist Finance Director to standardize Finance procedure, and make sure it can fulfilled effectively
• Asist Finance Director to establish proper internal control procedure and appropriate internal control environment.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, accounting must
• At least 7 years’ experience in accounting, over 3 years as a team leader
• Strong logical thinking ability, and communication skill with a results-driven approach
• Problem solving and decision-making skills, outstanding performance under high pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English
