Job Description

As an Intern Project Manager - Sourcing and Quality at our office in Shanghai, you will play an essential role in guiding and coordinating projects related to sourcing and quality management. You will be responsible for identifying and selecting new factories for new and existing customer requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring the quality of deliveries and productions. You will work closely with the company owners to ensure successful project execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in sourcing and quality management and contribute to the growth of our office in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying and selecting new and/or existing factories for new and existing customer requests.
2. Maintaining contacts with factories, conducting sourcing activities, and negotiating prices and terms.
3. Preparing quotations, including cost estimates, delivery times, and technical specifications.
4. Coordinating project execution with selected factories and monitoring the progress of production.
5. Ensuring the quality of deliveries and productions by establishing and implementing quality control processes.
6. Performing quality checks on productions in factories to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Communicating and reporting on the progress of projects.
