Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal IT Project Management Intern to support the execution of internal IT projects. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing IT initiatives within a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be working closely with our IT and operations teams to support the planning, execution, and tracking of internal IT projects that directly impact our company's efficiency, performance, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Support: Assist in the coordination and management of internal
  IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution. Help maintain project
  schedules, track milestones, and manage resources.

• Internal Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to communicate project
  updates, track deliverables, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

• Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials. Ensure all project information is updated and well-organized in
  our internal systems.

• Process Improvement: Support the analysis of existing IT processes and help identify
  opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying project risks and issues, and
  work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology,
  Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile,
  Waterfall).

• Interest in IT systems and infrastructure, with a passion for improving processes
  through technology.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not required.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus but not
  required.
