About the company:

We are partnering with a prominent multinational corporation with extensive global operations. They are currently seeking a strategic and system-savvy HR professional to join their corporate HR team, taking ownership of their core HR systems.
 

About the team:

• Act as the key steward for the in-house HR system and other related HR applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive system enhancement and optimization projects to improve the efficiency and capability of global HR teams.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional system requirements and ensure proper configuration.
• Support and coordinate HR system-related projects, including rollout, user testing, and documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across all systems.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to HR users and employees on system usage.
• Ensure all HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, monitoring data privacy and security protocols.

Skills & experiences required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management.
• Proven experience leading system implementation or transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
