Job Overview:

DaWo Law Firm is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to immerse themselves in marketing and public relations activities within the legal industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing DaWo's brand presence and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

- Manage social media platforms, curating engaging content and monitoring online presence.

- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.

Event Management:

- Coordinate and execute firm-sponsored events, seminars, and workshops.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics, as well as finetuning the topics of the events.

- Generate post-event reports and evaluations to measure success and gather feedback.

Public Relations:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partner firms, and Chambers of Commerce.

- Assist in drafting press releases, articles, and other communication materials (newsletters, WeChat posts, etc.)

- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to DaWo Law Firm and industry trends.

Networking:

- Expand and nurture the firm's network by actively participating in relevant business and community forums.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

- Demonstrated organizational prowess and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools (CRM systems, LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account Management, etc.)

- Experience in MS Office, as well as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canvas and other relevant marketing software.

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative team player with a genuine passion for marketing and public relations.
