Marketing responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy, research and planning:
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and plans
- Propose ideas on how to develop the digital marketing (LinkedIn, Website, WeChat, Newsletter) of the company and execute alone or with the support of vendors.
- Support in the launch and maintenance of YouTube channel.
- Maintain and update content on digital marketing channels.
- Provide live updates on tasks, meetings, and projects.
- Conduct market research on the target audience and monitor and analyse competitor activities and strategies.
- Analyse market data and customer behaviour.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and management of marketing budgets.
- Marketing initiatives & vendor management:
- Write and edit emails, brochures, and social media posts.
- Help with the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and products.
- Plan and organize events and promotions.
- Assist in the management of relationships with vendors, partners, and agencies.
- Create and run marketing campaigns alone or with vendors across several channels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Sales responsibilities:
- Business development:
- Prospectpotential customers and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
- Create sales materials and presentations.
- Attend events of various chambers (focus on Benelux Chamber)
- Sales:
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Shadow General Manager in preparing economic proposals for customers and prospects
- Conduct in data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities.
- Connect with companies to explore collaboration and generate leads
Recurring office work:
- Attend training sessions, workshops, industry events and conferences to improve marketing and sales skills and knowledge.
- Help with administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep precise, up-to-date records of marketing activities and their results.
- Help with the preparation of presentations and reports for management and clients.
- Attend Chamber events fit for the business.
Sales & Marketing Intern Qualifications:
- Desire to learn, a proactive attitude toward tasks and challenges and a strong drive to do well at work.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing, lead generation, and customer outreach.
- Ability to ask great questions or willingness to learn how to ask questions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (creating business presentations).
- Excellent research and analytic skills.
- Ability to effectively work alone and with team members.
- Detail-oriented, ability to maintain order, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging industry trends.
Sales & Marketing Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic thinking ability.
- Familiarity with marketing software and online programs (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords).
- Interest in IT services or technology-driven business is preferred
- Experience in youth organizations or university associations
- Bonus: SEO Experience or willingness to try SEO.
- Bonus: AIESEC experience (owner of the company is an ex AIESECer)
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach or social media marketing is a plus
