Position: Mechanical Designer (Male/Female)
Location: China, Shanghai
Candidate Profile:
Early to mid-career professionals (age 25–37) with a passion for mechanical innovation.
Adaptable team players ready to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your Mission:
Design and optimize existing machinery to enhance performance and efficiency.
Create detailed 2D/3D models using CREO Parametric (expertise required).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into reality.
Prepare technical documentation (drawings, specs).
Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in slitting machine technology.
We’re Looking For:
✅ Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in CREO Parametric.
Strong 2D/3D design skills with a portfolio of practical solutions.
Solid computer skills (MS Office, CAD tools).
✅ Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (written/spoken); Chinese is a bonus but not mandatory.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Bonus Points:
Experience in industrial machinery or manufacturing.
Knowledge of slitting machines or similar systems.
