For our Assessment & Leadership division, we are recruiting Psychologist Consultant (in house & free-lance) in assessment & development centers, with the potential to grow the business and their career supported by Wise Wings approach:

Job Description:

• Work in Shanghai for the assessment & development center & talent development services.
• Decide the profile and competencies for assessment/development, create reports, advise and follow up with the client.
• Able to do business development & sales (would be a plus for the psychologist consultant).
• Responsible for defining assessment center and development programs for candidates.
• Involved in growing the assessment/development division, for business growth and team members and expertise.
• Report to the Founder, who is a European with long & in-depth Chinese working experience.
   

Profile:

• Self-motivated and have a positive personality.
• Fluent in both Mandarin & English (additional language is a plus)
• Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology.
• 3+ years of experience in assessment & development and proven track record.
• Flexible person; able to deal with pressure & stress, team player and result driven.
• Experience to do business development and sales to grow the Wise Wings business.
• Will receive in-house training for all provided services, support of the team/Founder.
• Have the feeling and the skills how to deal with candidates, colleagues & clients. 
• Work with passion from your heart and have inner motivation to create the best for everyone.
