Recruitment Intern
THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and contribute to our mission of matching top talent with rewarding career opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to identify potential matches for open positions.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
2. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and preparing interview materials.
3. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status, answer questions, and gather additional information as needed.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends, market demand, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
