• Manage Beijing store operations, refine operation systems, analyze sales data, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
• Develop refined client management systems, focus on high-value clients, and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate.
• Supervise daily store operations, team management, inventory control and VM standards to maintain premium brand image.
• Lead team recruitment, training and development, and cooperate with other departments to implement marketing activities.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of retail management experience in multinational companies.
• Background in premium outdoor, luxury or high-end fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong business logic, team leadership, coordination and execution skills.
• Result-oriented, responsible, professional and able to work well under pressure.
