Sale Coordinator 销售助理

 Job description岗位职责：

• Research prospective companies that fit with the company's target market, build a database.
• 研究适合公司目标市场的潜在公司，构建数据库
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls and emails and book client meetings for our Business Development team members. 通过电话和电子邮件联系潜在客户，与我们的业务部门成员预约会议。
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and requirements. 与客户有效沟通，了解他们的保险需求和要求
• Gain a solid understanding of the insurance products and sales cycle, company will provide training. 对保险产品有很好的了解, 公司会提供培训
• Assist the line Manager to complete specific project tasks. 协助部门经理完成具体的项目任务。

Requirements 任职要求：

• College degree or above. 大专学历及以上学历
• Relevant work experience related to business development, financial industry, insurance, and consultant experience is preferred. 从事销售，金融，保险，顾问相关工作背景优先
• Position based in Shanghai. 工作地点在上海
• Mandarin speaker with good English oral and written and computer skills. 英语水平良好，熟练掌握Office办公软件的运用
• Good communication skills, self-motivation, careful and patient, quick learner. 具备良好的沟通能力, 自我激励能力，做事仔细有耐心，学习能力强。
• Good teamwork spirit, conscientious and detail oriented. 具有团队合作精神，认真细致。
