Waste2Waste is pioneers in making innovative products from recycled plastic. We deliver fabrics and finished products to global customers (B2B). Our aim is to change the textile world by making sustainable products from recycled plastics fully transparent and traceable with a unique blockchain.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.  Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/ email.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • 供应管理,报告客户需求、问题、兴趣、竞争活动以及新产品和服务的潜力


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive
  • business professional relationships.
  • Proven 5 years track records in sales in textile industry/garment industry and or other retail
  • industry in China
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese& English).
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Textile knowledge is a bonus.
