This is a critical role where you would be responsible for strengthening the firm’s brand presence, elevating corporate reputation, and driving high‑impact communications initiatives across global markets.
About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Corp Communications, your responsibilities would include:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that reinforce brand positioning, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and project teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency across all internal and external channels.
- Oversee the firm’s global awards programme, managing timelines, coordinating cross‑functional submissions, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
- Drive the creation, review, and refinement of corporate content, including publications, award submissions, media releases, speeches, web articles, and EDMs.
- Safeguard brand integrity across digital and print platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Monitor industry trends, media landscapes, and best practices, recommending enhancements to strengthen communications effectiveness and brand visibility.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high‑performing communications function.
Skills and experience required:
- At least 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or agency environments, ideally within design, architecture, real estate, or professional services.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of corporate content.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
