As the organization expands its footprint in Hong Kong, we are seeking a strategic and digitally-savvy (Senior) Product Manager. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the surgical portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing integration, precise budget allocation, and high-level commercial strategy

- Direct the product road map and go-to-market strategies for multi-port and single-port robotic systems in the local market;
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance clinical adoption and brand visibility across digital platforms.;
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to high-impact peer-to-peer campaigns, webinars, and symposia.;
- Integrate clinical insights with product positioning to drive the growth of the surgical system portfolio across specialized medical centers.;
- Build and sustain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions to validate product value and clinical efficacy.
- Develop advanced sales enablement tools and digital assets, including technical white papers, vision presentations, and surgical reference videos.
- Conduct in-depth market and customer analytics (Voice of Customer) to inform long-term strategic planning and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with regional and global headquarters to ensure local marketing initiatives align with broader corporate objectives and compliance standards.
- Support market access and reimbursement strategies to ensure the commercial viability of new product introductions.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably Science, Biomedical Science or related discipline.
- 3+ years experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical product management;
- Experienced in health care professional engagement in the relevant sector(s);
- Previous experience in product launch is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health care industry trends;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
