2024 Benelux Chamber Legal Training Programme
After the successful Legal Training programme in 2023, the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is proud to introduce its 2024 edition of the Legal Training Programme ! This yearly package of seminars is aimed at providing valuable legal insights to businesses operating in Europe and China. The programme features a series of bi-weekly training sessions conducted by esteemed legal experts from our members DaWo Law Firm Shanghai, Shaohe Law Firm and Huiye – Kneppelhout Law Firm. These sessions are designed to enhance participants' understanding of various legal aspects concerning commercial contracts, contract termination, cross-border data transfer, IP registration and protection, and marketing regulations in China.

General Programme Details
- Duration: The programme spans several months, beginning on September 25th.
- Frequency: Training sessions will be conducted every two weeks on Wednesdays.
- Time: All sessions will start at 4:00 PM and last for 1.5 hours.
- Registration: Can be registered session per session.
- Expected participants per training: 5-15.
