As part of our upcoming Benelux Chamber Annual Gala 2025, we are delighted to present the Best of Benelux Awards, for the first time during our annual gala. We are celebrating outstanding companies and teams that exemplify the strength, creativity, and collaborative spirit of the Benelux business community in China.

Join us on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at the iconic Paramount Shanghai for an evening dedicated to recognition, networking, and celebration with leaders and professionals from across the Benelux-China network.

Awards Categories

We are proud to present three distinguished awards:

🏆 KBC Best Company Award
Honoring companies for exceptional performance, strategic brilliance, and impactful leadership.

🤝 Rituals Best Team Award
Recognizing teams for excellence in collaboration, unity, and remarkable achievements.

💡 MELEXIS Innovation Award
Celebrating groundbreaking ideas, cutting-edge technologies, and visionary initiatives.

Application Process

Applications for the 2025 Best of Benelux Awards are now open!
All Benelux Chamber members are encouraged to participate and share their success stories. Submissions can include presentations, videos, written texts, or photos — be as creative as you wish to showcase your achievements.

Please submit your applications by Friday, November 7th, 2025, to shanghai@bencham.org.
The Benelux Chamber Executive Committee will review all entries and select three nominees per category to advance to the final voting stage.

Voting Process

The winners will be decided through a combined voting system:

Pre-Voting: November 10 – November 21, 2025 (links to be shared soon)
Live Voting: November 29, 2025, during the Annual Gala

Final results will be determined by 60% live votes and 40% pre-voting, ensuring that both our community and event attendees play an active role in recognizing this year’s most deserving winners.
