As such challenges always remain and businesses try to meet their expectations, there are also positive prospects in sight. Such as the improved Visa free travel, indicating that China is opening up to the world. That China remains an undeniable market is evident from last year’s results, which showed a slowdown in revenue growth but still indicated that the vast majority of businesses remained profitable. In this interesting stage, we highlight the importance for companies from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (the "Benelux") to evaluate their performance in recent years and identify the greatest challenges and opportunities, as well as recognize China’s strategic role in their global business strategies.

 

The Sino Benelux Business Survey (SBBS) aims to provide valuable insights into China’s business climate while highlighting emerging trends and future market expectations.

 

With this year the 10th year since the Sino Benelux Business Survey arose, an anniversary edition, we are proud to announce that the survey for 2025 is now live. 

 

What is the Sino Benelux Business Survey?

The Sino-Benelux Business Survey is an initiative organized by the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China, in collaboration with the official representations of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg in China, and supported by MSA.

 

The survey results will be compiled into a detailed report, which will be shared within the Benelux community. The report aims to provide startups, SMEs, and larger businesses with valuable insights into the performance and expectations of Belgian, Dutch, and Luxembourgish businesses operating in China, fostering greater understanding and informed decision-making within this dynamic business landscape.
