Benelux Chamber Legal Training Program is Back in 2025!
We're pleased to announce that the Benelux Chamber's Legal Training Program is back for 2025, designed to help businesses stay informed about China’s rapidly evolving legal environment. For the first time, all sessions will be conducted entirely in Chinese, offering a learning experience closely aligned with local practice.
The program is organized in partnership with leading law firms Shaohe Law Firm, LLinks Law Offices, and Huiye – Kneppelhout Law Firm, covering a range of timely legal topics to strengthen compliance in digital marketing, labor relations, corporate restructuring, and legal trend forecasting. Participants can choose to register for individual sessions or the full series.

Course 1: New Challenges in Digital Marketing – Leveraging AI while Ensuring Personal Information Compliance

Course 2: Labor Law Updates and Risk Management in Corporate Restructuring

Course 3: China’s 2026 Legal Landscape Outlook

As China enters a new policy cycle, this seminar will provide an in‑depth look at the legal and regulatory trends expected to shape the business environment in 2026, covering tax and arbitration reforms, antitrust and competition enforcement, data protection, labor law, and industry‑specific legal updates.
