Benelux Chamber Legal Training Programme 2023
The Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is proud to introduce its 2023 Legal Training Programme aimed at providing valuable legal insights to businesses operating in the Europe and China. The programme features a series of bi-weekly training sessions conducted by esteemed legal experts from DaWo Law Firm Shanghai, Shaohe Law Firm and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. These sessions are designed to enhance participants' understanding of various legal aspects concerning commercial contracts, contract termination, cross-border data transfer, IP registration and protection, and marketing regulations in China.
Participants who complete 1 or more trainings will receive a unique Certificate of Completion from the Benelux Chamber.
All trainings will be presented both online and offline.
