Benelux interns at your service!

Each year, students from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands travel to Fudan University in Shanghai, as part of a unique academic collaboration between these two institutions. This partnership offers students the opportunity to pursue a Double Degree program in BSc Economics and Business Economics or BSc Econometrics and Operations Research, providing them with a well-rounded, international education.

This year, a new group of University of Groningen students has already settled in Shanghai, having been in the city for several months. During their time in China, these students have begun to immerse themselves in both their academic studies and the local culture. Now, they are taking the next step in their journey: seeking part-time internship possibilities to complement their studies and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced Chinese business environment!

Gaining real-world experience is a key goal for students in these program. While their academic coursework provides a solid foundation, they are eager to apply this knowledge in a practical, professional settings. These students are not just looking to learn; they are motivated to actively contribute to the day-to-day operations.

Since late 2023, the Benelux Chamber of Commerce has been creating possibilities for Benelux Young Professionals to do internships in China. 

If your organization is looking to tap into a pool of motivated, skilled, and globally-minded interns, these flexible Benelux students from the University of Groningen are an excellent fit. They are available for flexible internships and eager to contribute their skills while gaining professional experience in China!
