Connecting Young Talent with Signify

Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Signify for an insightful discussion on international talent development. Our conversation centered around Intern2China, the Benelux Chamber’s internship program that connects young international professionals with members of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China.

During our visit, we explored opportunities for Signify China to offer internships through the program. We discussed how hosting international interns can bring fresh perspectives, cross-cultural insights, and valuable skills to businesses in China. Participants begin with an intensive three-week Chinese language and cultural immersion course, equipping them with essential skills to navigate their new environment. They then undertake an internship of up to six months, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the company’s operations.
