ECNU’s 2025 International Student Job Fair

East China Normal University (ECNU) is set to host its 2025 International Student Job Fair on April 11, 2025, offering a fantastic opportunity for businesses to connect with talented international students from around the world. The event is designed to bridge the gap between companies in Shanghai and skilled international students who possess both local cultural understanding and proficiency in Chinese.

The International Education Center at ECNU, which serves over 2,000 international students annually, has created a dynamic platform for businesses to recruit candidates with diverse global perspectives. Since 2023, ECNU has successfully organized the International Student Job Fair, attracting more than 350 students from over 50 countries to each event. The fair has become a key recruitment channel for businesses looking for candidates who can navigate both international and Chinese business landscapes.

As a member of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China, you can register a booth at this year’s fair to connect with top international talent.

Time: April11, 2025 (Friday) 14:00-17:00 (you can sign in from 13:30 and set up the stand) 
Location: East China Normal University, Putuo Campus, Physics Building, 1st floor Exhibition Hall 
How to attend: Scan the QR-code to register before March 20. 

 

Notice:
1. The enterprise industry and positions are not limited, and we welcome enterprises to recruit for formal positions, internships, summer internships, etc.

2. It is recommended that enterprises bring promotional materials such as the roll-up banner and brochures to the job fair (posters may not be able to be put up in the venue), as well as small gifts and other materials. 

3. Due to the site limitation, it is recommended that enterprises arrange a maximum of two colleagues to the job fair, and we will provide one table (120cm*50cm) and two chairs for each enterprise. 

4. At present, ECNU still requires an application for entering the school, so please register the information of the colleagues in the form above, and bring your ID.
