Located in the economic development zone of Haining, one and a half hours from Shanghai, this Sino-European Industrial Zone will be spread over 230,000 m² and represents an investment of over 100m euros. GSE and its partner Arching will be responsible for the master planning, programming, the development and the construction of this zone which caters for manufacturing companies. The zone will boast modular buildings which will be able to accommodate diverse activities and will provide different building sizes to suit all. There will also be a zone dedicated to modern logistics activities.

GSE’s experience of designing and building industrial and logistics parks in France and across Europe, coupled with the fact that GSE is one of France’s biggest engineering and construction businesses present in China, makes GSE the natural choice for the authorities of the Haining zone for the development of this project.
