Confusion is one of the most frequent forms of unfair competition encountered by enterprises in the market. It not only misleads consumers and damages the credibility of the business environment, but also causes direct harm to the lawful rights and interests of honest operators. Enterprises often face challenges in how to effectively identify, respond to, and defend against confusion practices. Speakers:
Zhong Yuan studied law at Tongji University and University Konstanz (Germany) and obtained a master’s degree in law and LL.M. respectively. He passed PRC national judicial examination in 2012 and began to practice as professional lawyer in 2015. He joined Shaohe Law Firm in 2017.
Mr. Zhong specializes in the areas of Corporate law, M&A, and Dispute Resolution. He primarily advises German and European companies on business activities in China. He assisted several German companies on their acquisition of Chinese companies, including but not limited to due diligence, draft transactional documents and negotiation.
In addition, He has gained rich practical experience in litigation and international arbitration. He represents a number of foreign clients in litigation and arbitration cases, covering disputes over technology research and development, product liability, trading, equity and various contractual disputes.
钟橼律师曾于中国同济大学和德国康斯坦兹大学学习法律，并分别获得法律硕士和法学硕士学位。他于2012年通过了国家司法考试，2015年开始从事律师工作，并于2017年加入劭合律师事务所。
钟橼律师的咨询专长是公司法、并购和争议解决。他主要为德国和欧洲客户在中国的企业的日常经营活动提供法律咨询服务。钟橼律师曾协助多家德国企业收购中国公司，进行尽职调查、起草交易文件和参与谈判。
此外，钟橼律师在诉讼和国际仲裁领域拥有丰富的实践经验。他曾代表多家外国客户处理诉讼和仲裁案件，涉及技术研发、产品质量、贸易、股权及其他各类合同争议。
Yuan Man obtained his J.M. degree from Shanghai University and his B.E. degree from Anhui University of Science and Technology. He passed the Chinese National Judicial Examination, the Constructor Test, and the Patent Agent Qualification Examination. He had five years of work experience in a construction company before joining Shaohe Law Firm in 2020.
Mr. Yuan advises clients mainly in the fields of intellectual property law and construction law. He supports clients in all areas of intellectual property law, both in litigation and non-litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copy right, and anti-unfair competition law. Another focus of his advisory services is supporting clients in construction disputes and providing consulting on construction projects, including bidding and tendering, project design, construction, project management, etc.
袁满拥有安徽理工大学工科学士学位以及上海大学法律硕士学位。他先后获得法律执业资格、建造师执业资格和专利代理师执业资格，并于2020年加入劭合律师事务所。在加入劭合之前，他曾在一家能源企业工作五年。
袁满自2020年加入劭合以来，主要为客户提供知识产权和建设工程领域方面的法律咨询。他为客户提供知识产权诉讼与非诉服务，主要涉及专利、商标、版权、反不正当竞争等专业领域；为客户提供建设工程诉讼与非诉服务，主要涉及建筑工程项目的招投标、项目设计、工程建设和项目管理等专业领域。
