Max Grandstand Update: Seating & Special Event

Thank you for supporting Max Grandstand for 2024!
We need to update you on a minor change that has arisen. Juss Sports Event Operation Management Co., Ltd, the F1 promoter in China and official ticketing channel, has despite several confirmations about our seating in H1B (high-side of Grandstand H, left side), recently informed us that they sold a small number of these seats on their own. After careful consideration and negotiation, we have reached a revised seating arrangement.
We are happy to inform you that we have managed to secure following seats on the high side of Grandstand H:
Furthermore, you are required to acknowledge and accept the track rules and personal liability for any incidents that might occur during the F1 event. The full legal text is provided below.
We understand these changes might not be what you expected, so we are offering the option to cancel your ticket reservation. If you do NOT wish to proceed with your reservation due to these changes or the legal terms, please inform us before Sunday March 10 before end of day, 2024. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will assume that you accept the updated seating arrangement and terms.
The real name verification email or text message shall be sent to all participants end March - beginning of April. More information on this later.

The seating will be assigned starting from top left to bottom right, based on the time of purchase. The individual who purchased their ticket first will be seated in the top left, while the person who purchased their ticket last will be seated in the bottom right. The Benelux Chamber will put members who specified group names together or in close proximity of each other.
But there is more! We are pleased to announce a SPECIAL F1 EVENT on the evening of SATURDAY April 20! As a Max Grandstand ticket holder, you will be invited to join us at a rooftop party with food, drinks, and DJs! We assure you, this party is set to be the best in town and one you won't want to miss!

Acknowledgements & Warranties 确认与保证
I warrant that the information I shall provide for the ticket booking identification shall be true and accurate, and I will personally bear any consequences if it appears that any information I provided were to be incorrect, untrue or incomplete. I shall hold Benelux Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“BCC”) harmless for any consequences, losses or damages caused by any incorrect or invalid information I have provided.
本人保证将提供真实、准确的订票身份信息，并将自行承担因信息不真实、不正确或不完整所造成的一切后果。荷比卢商务信息（上海）有限公司（“荷比卢商会”）无需承担对于本人所提供的不正确或无效的信息所造成的任何后果、损失或损害。
I warrant that the tickets that I booked will not be sold or otherwise transferred to a third-party and that all tickets will be used solely by the persons identified by name for each ticket. I warrant that I nor any individuals on behalf of whom I have booked a ticket will engage in any activities that could cause harm to BCC nor to the event organizer, nor the event itself.
本人保证预定的赛票将不会向第三方出售或以其他方式转让给第三方，且所有赛票仅由每张赛票的指定人员使用。本人保证，本人或任何由本人代为预订赛票的个人不会参与任何可能对荷比卢商会 、活动组织者或活动本身造成损害的活动。
I understand and acknowledge that the specific seating area previously identified for the tickets shall not be considered as a part of the undertakings by BCC. I acknowledge that I was informed that the seating area may be changed without prior notice. In such case I will have the right to cancel the ticket booking and request a full refund of the amount paid for the booking. Upon receipt of the ticket and this Acknowledgement & Warranties statement, I will inform you in writing if I decide to cancel my booking and request reimbursement within five (5) calendar days. Failing to inform you within this delay I shall be deemed to have accepted the change.
本人理解并确认之前赛票确定的特定座位区域不构成荷比卢商会承诺的一部分。本人确认，本人已知晓座位区域可能会在未事先通知的情况下发生变更。在此情况下，本人有权取消预定的赛票并要求全额退还订票款。在收到赛票和本确认和保证声明后五（5）日内，我将以书面形式通知您，如果我决定取消预订的赛票并要求退款。如果未能在此期限内通知您，则视为我已接受变更。
I, hereby acknowledge that I have been advised that accessing the SAIC International Circuit and attending the Formula 1 Event may generate certain risks and that I am expected to obey the announcements, warnings, the security measures and regulations set by F1 Event Institutions and/or the Event promoter.
本人在此确认，已被告知进入上汽国际赛车场和观看F1赛事（“赛事”）可能会产生一定的危险性，本人须遵守F1赛事机构和/或主办推广方制定的各项公告、警告、安全措施及规定。
I warrant that shall be responsible for my own security and for my properties and I will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may be caused to any third-party due to my fault.
本人保证将对自己的安全和财物负责，并对因我的过错可能给任何第三方造成的人身伤害或财产损失承担全部责任。
