As the new racing season approaches, attention is once again turning to the F1 Academy, a championship that is rapidly reshaping the landscape of female participation in motorsport. Designed to develop and promote emerging female drivers, the series represents a significant step forward in creating clearer pathways to the highest levels of racing.

F1 Academy is an all-female single-seater racing series created to develop and promote young female talent in motorsport. Backed by Formula 1 teams and led by Susie Wolff, it races alongside Formula 1 on selected Grand Prix weekends, offering strong global visibility. The championship aims to empower women in motorsport by providing a clear pathway to higher levels of racing, supported by significant media exposure, including a dedicated Netflix series.

Nina Gademan is a highly promising racing driver from the Netherlands, now entering her second season in F1 Academy with the Alpine F1–affiliated team. Known for her speed, racecraft, and strong work ethic, Nina comes into the season with solid momentum and clear ambitions to fight for the championship title.

In 2024, she achieved a major career milestone by taking her first F1 Academy race win at Zandvoort, in front of her home crowd and on her birthday. She will be back on track at the Shanghai Grand Prix in mid-March, marking the start of the new F1 Academy season.

To support Nina’s season, a limited number of exclusive experience packages have been created. These offer a rare opportunity to gain close-up insight into a racing weekend, including access moments typically unavailable to the public. Nina will be racing in Shanghai during the weekend of the 13th to the 15th of March 2026. Please find more information about the packages here.
