Visit to NIO factory

Last Thursday 25 people made a company visit to the NIO factory in Hefei (HQ), a trip organized by the Benelux Chamber of Commerce. Among the participant list were suppliers for the automotive manufacturing parts, innovation officers of the Dutch consulate, sales for lithium battery companies and other interested people. 

During this trip, Beatrice Cecchi, manager Product Marketing Communication, and Gary Hughes, director Engineering Launch at NIO, presented the current developments and provided valuable insights about NIO. They also accompanied us inside the factory.

The highlights were the innovation and production within the electrical vehicle supply chain, the operation behind the battery swap station and a test drive in the NIO ET5, EC6 and E7.
